I found my four year old son coughing violently becaue he nearly choked on one of those toy parts froma Surprise egg. Why are they so small - any child could easily swallow them? They should be banned.

Well, you must be a bit of a tit to give your four year old a toy/sweet which you have not checked out yourself FIRST. I would never have done this. I always took the edge off the broken bottles first with a bit of sandpaper, before I let my children anywhere near them. I took the same stance with razor blades.
